Course Intensity
The course spans four months and includes three main components:
- Regular weekly meetings:
- 2-3 times per week
- averaging 6-10 hours per week
- combining study, creative exploration, and community building.
- Intensive periods:
- lasting 3-5 days each (to be scheduled according to the needs and availability of the group participants)
- focus on deep engagement, trust building and stepping out of normality.
- Community service:
- requiring 15-25 hours weekly
